Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Technical Consultant to join our team and support HR system implementations. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday configuration, integrations, and technical solutions to optimize HR processes. You will collaborate with stakeholders, analyze business requirements, and ensure a seamless Workday implementation.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and support the technical implementation of Workday HR modules, including HCM, Compensation, Talent Management, and Benefits.
Configure Workday based on business requirements, including creating business processes, security roles, and custom reports.
Design, build, and maintain integrations between Workday and other enterprise applications using Workday Studio, EIB, PECI, PICOF, and APIs.
Support data conversion, validation, and Workday report development (Advanced, Matrix, and Composite reports).
Conduct unit, system, and user acceptance testing; troubleshoot system issues and provide resolutions.
Work closely with HR, IT, and external vendors to ensure a smooth implementation process.
Provide technical guidance, create documentation, and support end-user training.
