Job Description :
- Lead Workday releases and new feature implementations partnering with HR product teams on change management.
- Define / refine DevOps metrics. Ensure appropriate plans are developed to mitigate the "reds" and lead projects, as required, to meet the desired metric goals.
- Develop, standardize, and sustain daily management systems based on metrics to deliver on Workday DevOps goals.
- Lead compliance initiatives to ensure adherence to IT Risk policies. Support internal and external audits as required.
- Collaborate with HR product teams to identify Workday product gaps / issues and partner with Workday to resolve those to meet requirements.
- Partner with other workstreams to align on release and testing plans.
- Coordinate dependencies between the HR product areas and ensure alignment to release goals.
- Work to remove impediments and facilitate continuous improvements in DevOps processes.
- Guide and coach products teams in agile best practices to ensure successful implementation of Workday modules and projects.
- Execute in a fast-paced delivery mode and focus on delivering tasks to meet the product release goals while aligning to DevOps governance processes.
- Experience in DevOps tools like Rally
