We’re seeking a dynamic Executive Assistant to support our HR team delivering services and driving key initiatives.
This role is perfect for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities with discretion and professionalism. You’ll handle a variety of administrative functions, including coordinating meetings, preparing reports, and supporting recruiting and training efforts. Expertise in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and database management systems such as PowerBI, SmartSheets, and cloud-based file systems is essential.
