Responsibilities
- Manage all aspects of mechanical construction projects
- Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure project success
- Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
- Monitor project progress and address any issues that arise
- Review and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Utilize Construction Management Software such as Prolog, ProCore, and HeavyBid
- Conduct on-site visits to construction sites to ensure compliance with project plans
- Provide leadership and guidance to project teams
Skills
- Strong knowledge of project management principles
- Proficiency in Construction Estimating and Blueprint Reading
- Experience with Construction Management Software like Prolog, ProCore, and HeavyBid
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Construction Site operations
