Responsibilities:

- Provide technical support to customers in person

- Install and update operating systems (e.g., Android, Mac OS)
- Assist with mobile device setup and troubleshooting

- Provide excellent customer service during retail sales interactions
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Computer Technician or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware components and peripherals
- Familiarity with field service operations and equipment repair

- Experience with operating systems such as Android and Mac OS
- Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices (e.g., smartphones, tablets)
