What are the responsibilities and job description for the Personal Computer Repair Technician position at PC Gamerz Hawaii?
We are seeking a Computer Technician with sales experience to work with the company's computer staff to diagnose and resolve technical issues. The ideal candidate will have a background with hardware, have interest in moving into a more software-oriented capacity, and enjoy problem-solving on a daily basis. A successful candidate will never be afraid to get their hands dirty and will be responsible for working closely with other members of our support team to resolve issues quickly.
Responsibilities:
- Obey all company policies, procedures, and protocols.
- Use the right tool to do the right job.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktop PC computers and PC laptops.
- Perform repairs and upgrades on computer systems, including replacing parts such as motherboards, drives, RAM, GPU and CPU.
- Document everything you do (including step-by-step instructions on how to do things, screenshots, and logs of work performed).
- Check the accuracy of the documentation before submitting in order to avoid any discrepancies.
- Follow instructions to resolve computer problems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
