Mac Made Easy is the Apple Premier Partner for the State of Hawaii we have been in business for 32 years. We are the only Apple Authorized Repair shop on Kauai. We have store locations on all the island of Hawaii. We are looking for a computer "hardware" technician, with a least 4 years of current hardware repair experience. 90% of what we repair is Apple Devices. We also work on PCs and perform data recovery.
Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware-related issues
- Perform hardware repairs and replacements
- Install and configure computer hardware components and peripherals
- Conduct diagnostic tests to identify hardware malfunctions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Maintain accurate records of repairs, inventory, and equipment specifications
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
Experience:
- Previous experience in hardware repair or technical support roles 4 years.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and operating systems
- Familiarity with hand tools and soldering techniques
- Ability to analyze and diagnose hardware problems
- Experience with iOS devices
- Field service or retail sales experience is beneficial

Pay is base on an hourly rate an opportunity to receive a bonus and commission each month.
