Provide Excellent Customer Service
Knowledgeable of the Apple Platform iMacs/Portable/iPhones
Set realistic expectations for customers, meet or exceed those expectations and reset as needed
Explain complex technical issues to customers in a non-technical, simple to understand manner
Be open-minded to new procedures and roll out with a positive attitude and assumption of success
