The Director of Strategic Accounts-Fine Paper is primarily responsible for establishing, planning and overseeing the development and execution of Mac Papers Packaging Fine Paper Strategy for Strategic Accounts. These accounts are not limited to but include publishing, multi-location, end user and national accounts. This position is responsible for attaining monthly or annual sales targets, building distribution channels, establishing strategic business relations, and providing ideas for all strategic sales plans and their implementation. The Director is also responsible for controlling the selling costs with the objective of achieving predetermined net profit yields.

- Direct all aspects of Strategic Accounts including development of business model, determining profitability, managing supplier partners and deploying, communicating and maintaining roll out of program.
- Devise and deploy objectives and goals for national, publishing, and multi-location accounts across the company, including sales targets and budgets preparation.
- Integrate and align sales plans with available processes, IT systems, talent and other areas to increase the capability and success of sales force.
- Manage the performance and activities of the entire sales units, including project coordinators, account managers, sales directors, general managers and staff.
- Give final authorization on all sales appoint decisions relating to multiple location accounts.
- Develop and implement reseller agreements, distribution strategies, and other sales opportunities.
- Act as primary contact and implementation lead for Netprint.
- Create segment strategies wherever needed to maximize trade opportunities across different sales channels.
- Maximize work relationships with key wholesale and retail partners.
- Develop, manage, and nurture new business partnerships and accounts to accomplish volume and profit goals.
- Communicate program identity internally to pertinent key business collaborates, business units, and customer support.
- Develop and directly manage a book of business in the publishing business unit.
- Position requires approximately 60% travel.

Education And/or Experience
- Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience required.
- 5 years of sales management / leadership experience in fine paper preferred.
- Must have intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) skills.
- Ability to diagnose problems, analyze and interpret complex data efficiently, making timely decisions will be key.
- Commercial acumen via analytics is a critical requirement.
