Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales:
- Own and grow your market—actively hunt for new business and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in commercial real estate, facility management, construction, and workplace solutions.
- Identify and develop long-term partnerships that drive recurring revenue and new opportunities.
- Lead strategic networking efforts, attending industry events and leveraging existing connections to expand brand awareness.
- Utilize our ERP system (NetSuite) to manage and scale the client pipeline, track opportunities, and drive sales performance.
- Drive upselling and cross-selling opportunities within projects and existing client relationships.
- Conduct on-site walkthroughs to assess scope and create customized relocation solutions.
- Develop and present comprehensive proposals, negotiating competitive pricing while maximizing ROI.
- Oversee key projects from initiation to completion, ensuring flawless execution and exceptional customer experience.
- Collaborate with internal teams to align logistics, scheduling, and project timelines.
- Resolve issues proactively, ensuring seamless project completion and client satisfaction.
- Identify cost efficiencies and implement process improvements to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a deep understanding of financials, gross profit models, and margin management.
- Provide strategic input into expanding service offerings, optimizing pricing models, and identifying growth opportunities.
- Work closely with leadership to hire, train, and develop a team to support business growth.

- Experience within commercial relocation, logistics, project management, or facility services sales experience.

- Strong negotiation skills and a proven track record of closing deals and driving revenue growth.
- Existing network in commercial real estate, facility management, construction, or workplace services is a huge plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
