We seek a dynamic and creative Corporate Video Producer to join our marketing team. In this role, the successful candidate will lead diverse video content development that drives engagement and supports our global brand. Additionally, the role will be tasked with managing the production of corporate videos, learning and development courses, event promotions, and high-impact videos highlighted at our global events. This role requires a strong balance of creativity and strategic thinking, as you will work within our corporate brand guidelines while delivering innovative content that resonates with our members and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Production. Oversee the production and editing of corporate video projects, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives.
- Collaboration . Work with other departments to create video content supporting company initiatives, campaigns, and events.
- Project Management. Manage all stages of the video production process from concept to final delivery (scripting, storyboarding, scheduling, filming, and post-production).
- Vendor Coordination. Manage external vendors, freelancers, and creative partners to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality materials.
- On-Set Supervision. Direct video shoots, ensure proper setup of lighting, sound, and camera equipment.
- Creative Guidance. Provide feedback and direction to the video team to enhance content quality.
- Editing Oversight . Supervise the editing process, ensuring that the final product meets creative vision, technical standards, and project goals.
- Trend Awareness . Stay current with video production trends, tools, and technologies to continually improve video production processes.
- Brand Adherence. Ensure all video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent, high-quality aesthetic.
This position is based in our Chicago HQ where we maintain a hybrid work model.
