The Graphic Designer is tasked with creating and developing engaging, on-brand graphics across various media. This role works closely with the Marketing Manager / Graphic Designer and collaborates cross-functionally with the marketing and video teams to produce high-quality digital assets that align with our brand strategy and objectives.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the marketing and video teams to develop and execute creative concepts across various channels.
- Design impactful digital assets, including website banners, landing pages, email templates, infographics, and social media graphics that support the brand.
- Regularly update event content sites and marketing landing pages to ensure they are visually appealing and current.
- Manage the company's digital image library.
- Maintain and ensure consistent branding across all platforms.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and quality standards.
- Assist in creating and maintaining style guides and design standards.
- Support content marketing with visually compelling designs effectively conveying LeadingRE's brand.
- Apply brand guidelines to ensure visual consistency across channels.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and design software.
- Actively participate in marketing team meetings, sharing ideas and knowledge.
This job is based in our Chicago HQ where we have a hybrid work arrangement.
