Job Summary :
- Provides support to the CEO in planning, coordinating, organizing and communication intervention roles to ensure daily effectiveness in the form of word processing, filing, telecommunications, storage and retrieval of information.
- Prepares for meeting relating to MWMC Board, staff and community.
- Working knowledge of the organization and the various policies and procedures of these organizations.
- Answer multi-line phone, triage calls and follow-up as necessary.
- Prepare agendas and various reports for committees and Board meetings.
- Take and transcribe minutes at a variety of meetings, including Board of Directors.
- Prepare letters, memorandums, policies and procedures.
- Arrange meetings and schedule appointments.
- Maintain calendars for executive staff.
- Schedule and organize retreats for Board and management.
- Make travel arrangements as necessary.
- Greet public, take complaints and provide customer service.
- Maintain complete and accurate records.
- Open, sort and prioritize mail.
