ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:
- Ensure compliance with labor regulations.
- Conduct interviews to fill vacant positions.
- Administer onboarding and orientation of new employees.
- Investigate and resolve employee issues and complaints.
- Coordinate employee activities and events.
- Respond to and complete employment verifications.
- Coordinate and track performance evaluations.
- Monitor timekeeping system and resolve discrepancies.
- Administer FMLA and leave of absences.
- Issue disciplinary actions and counsel employees.
- Coordinate enrollment and termination of employee benefit plans.
- Maintain employee files and records.
- Input and maintain data in HRIS system.
- Coordinate and conduct safety training to maintain compliance.
- Coordinate drug tests and perform background checks.
- Other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- 3 years of professional Human Resources experience.
- Related Bachelor’s Degree or HR Certification preferred.
