We’re looking for an experienced Total Rewards Director to lead the design, implementation, and communication of our Total Rewards strategy at MacAllister Machinery. This is an exciting opportunity to drive innovation in benefits, compensation, and HRIS systems, ensuring that our programs are competitive, sustainable, and aligned with both short-term and long-term organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of Total Rewards programs, including health, welfare, wellness, retirement, base pay, incentives, and more
- Collaborate with leadership to align compensation and benefits strategies with business objectives, enhancing the overall employee experience
- Manage relationships with benefits vendors and oversee contracts and negotiations
- Conduct market analysis to ensure competitiveness of compensation and benefit plans
- Ensure compliance with legal requirements and regulatory standards in HR operations
- Lead and manage HR teams, fostering a high-performance culture
Requirements:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Finance, or related field
- 10-13 years of HR experience, with 7-10 years in leadership roles in Total Rewards
- Valid driver’s license
Preferred:
- Master’s degree or related credentials (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR)
- 12-15 years of HR experience in Total Rewards
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Skills & Abilities:
- Expertise in compensation and benefits strategy, compliance, and market competitiveness
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- High emotional intelligence and the ability to manage complex projects and change
- In-depth knowledge of HR legal requirements and regulatory compliance
