The Marketing Manager is responsible for planning, implementing, and overseeing MacArthur’s brand foundation and brand promotion. This includes developing and protecting the brand identities for MacArthur Group and its subsidiaries Miramar Health and Valor Lakes. The Marketing Manager is also responsible for oversight and execution of marketing campaigns that promote MacArthur’s services, analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to identify opportunities for growth, develop marketing strategies, and ensure that all marketing efforts align with the company’s goals.


This position in on-site at our Clermont, FL location.

 

Responsibilities:

●    Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for the parent organization and its subsidiaries.

●    Track and monitor marketing KPI’s, demographics, and engagement insights 

●    Plan and execute promotional strategies and marketing initiatives geared toward creating organizational visibility and presence among stakeholders.

●    Manage and optimize digital marketing campaigns, social media initiatives, search engines, and other engagement tools.

●    Ensure consistent brand messaging and standards across all marketing channels and materials that adheres to the brand guidelines for each entity.

●    Manage the creation of engaging content including flyers, physical brand materials, videos, social media postings, and photos.

●    Plan and execute promotional events in partnership with Business Development leadership, both online and offline.

●    Plan and oversee advertising campaigns across various platforms to promote services and engage with customer base, providers, and other stakeholders.

●    Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for growth within the industry and report findings to corresponding leadership.

●    Communicate effectively with organizational leadership, taking on strategic partnerships as it pertains to marketing for specific area needs.

●    Monitor performance metrics and provide regular reports; provide insight on improvements or solutions to challenges.

●    Manage marketing budget and ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize impact of marketing expenditures.

●    Manage third-party service providers within department and have consistent collaboration with partners or contractors.

●    Ensure marketing activities comply with licensing and accrediting body compliance regulations and continuously assessing risk across all marketing mediums regarding wording, images, video, etc..

●    Other duties as assigned.

●    The ability to review, assess, and correct assets before release for a host of reasons, including but not limited to aesthetic considerations, brand guidelines coherence, and risk management.

●    Provide recommendations to leadership on numerous key decisions regarding company branding and marketing. 


Qualifications:

●    5 -7 years of experience in Marketing management; preferably within SUD, mental health industries.

●    Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or other related field is required.

●    Master’s degree in Market, Business Administration, or other related field is preferred.

●    Extensive knowledge and experience with digital marketing and social media strategies.

●    Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects across several business units.

●    Extensive knowledge in HubSpot is preferred

●    Extensive knowledge in paid marketing ad development, distribution, performance review, and refinement is preferred.

●    Knowledge and/or experience in the substance abuse and mental health treatment field is preferred.

●    Strong communication skills both verbal and written.

●    Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and Office suites.

Salary : $25 - $120,000
