MAES is looking for a Marketing Intern who will support the Surface Mount Assembly Line of Business with general marketing operations and organizational tasks. In addition, you will work on various projects and initiatives that could impact the Business globally. This internship will be a full-time temporary assignment (May - August) at our Piscataway, NJ site. This position will be Monday - Friday, day shift.

As a Marketing Intern, you will contribute to shaping the next generation of technologies for the electronics industry. This role provides exposure to cutting-edge sectors such as automotive, high-end computing, telecommunications, and aerospace.

- Conduct market research and analyze ever-growing electronics industry trends in areas like, autonomous driving, artificial intelligence (AI), and next generation telecommunications technologies.
- Assist in creating value propositions for targeted market segments to support strategic decision-making.
- Support the team in identifying marketing opportunities and/or addressing market gaps through data-driven insights.
- Research, prepare and present regular report outs to senior leadership on project updates
- Ability to work on complex dataset and be able to identify key observations and translate them as actionable insights to the larger team
- Evaluate competitors’ products, pricing, and positioning strategies to inform business decisions.
- Assist in developing product line strategies, including recommendations for new product introductions, rationalization, or positioning adjustments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, R&D, and supply chain, to align strategies.
