We are seeking an ADT Program Coordinator to lead a team to coordinate training and instruction to adults with disabilities in the Adult Day Training Program. New hire bonus is $3,328.00 (pay out benchmarks apply.)
Job Duties include:
Provide support and guidance to assigned team members on personal and professional development. Provide training to skills coaches on all training programs and data collection and monitor that they are implemented and adjusted as needed to support progress toward individual goals and objectives. Provide support and supervision to consumers to assist them with achieving the goals as listed in their implementation plans. Develop and review implementation plans on an annual basis with the consumer and team member and document review of plan with consumer and team member. Collect consumer data to complete program outcome reports on a quarterly basis. Review consumer files to ensure required documentation is maintained in compliance with regulatory and auditing agencies. Prepare implementation plans and annual summary reports. Perform transportation, community inclusion, and cleaning duties as needed or assigned.
This is a full time position with work hours between:
8:00 AM and 5:00 PM Monday through Friday.
Pay rate starting at:
$16.00 per hour.

Education/Experience Requirements:
Associate’s degree in education, social services, or related field from an accredited college/university preferred. Must be over 18 years of age with a High School Diploma or equivalency and a minimum 2 years’ documented practical experience in working with adults with disabilities, or cognitive / functional impairments required. Must possess and maintain current/valid Florida Driver’s License. Must pass Level II background screening, Local Law Enforcement Record Screening, Drug Screening, and FDOT/MVR check.
