Position Overview: MacFawn Fire & Flood Restoration is seeking a creative, organized, and self-motivated Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is responsible for supporting and implementing marketing strategies that strengthen brand awareness, drive customer engagement, and support business growth. In addition to marketing responsibilities, the coordinator will assist with general administrative duties and oversee company apparel ordering and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and create content for the company’s social media platforms, website, and marketing materials
- Coordinate digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, SEO/SEM, and Google Ads
- Develop blog posts, case studies, and promotional content showcasing our restoration services
- Track and analyze marketing metrics to assess campaign performance and ROI
- Support event planning and coordinate participation in community events, and networking opportunities for our Business Development Department
- Assist in developing printed collateral such as flyers, brochures, and signage
- Designing and ordering company merchandise
- Maintain brand consistency across all external communications
- Collaborate with the operations and sales team to align marketing efforts with company goals
- Coordinate with third-party vendors for design, printing, or digital services
- Order and distribute company apparel for employees and maintain apparel inventory
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and office organization
- Answer incoming calls and assist with scheduling or customer inquiries as needed
Qualifications:
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in a marketing role (restoration or service industry a plus)
- Proficient with digital tools such as Canva, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, or similar platforms
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Basic graphic design and/or video editing experience preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects with strong attention to detail and deadlines
- Team player with a positive, proactive attitude
- Prior experience handling inventory, apparel orders, or admin tasks is a plus
- Valid driver’s license required (for local travel to job sites, events, or vendor meetings)
