Mach One Air Charters, Inc. is searching for a knowledgeable and proactive Flight Operation Coordinator to support the company’s Flight Ops department. LOCATION : Chino, CA

This is NOT a remote position. Must live locally and be here in the office to perform duties. Previous experience in Aviation and / or Air Charter is required!

Key Duties and Responsibilities :

Responsible for coordination of all aspects of aircraft owner flights
Responsible for all aspects of Charter flights and Flight Following
Generate and maintain monthly crew schedules
Perform month-end audit duties according to compliance requirements
Receive and provide timely and accurate quotes for charter requests by retail clients and / or other operators or brokers
Work with operations to analyze operational factors and restrictions that may affect the successful completion of a flight to our Clients during the initial quoting phase (weather, runway capacity, aircraft performance, airport hours, crew duty)
Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure seamless trip execution (Maintenance, Operations)
Proactively seek charter opportunities for a diverse fleet of aircraft instead of passively waiting for inquiries
Maintain an attitude of total customer service focused on anticipating the Clients’ needs and exceeding their expectations
Prepare and send contracts for client acceptance
Execute vendor contracts
Ensure client payment is received and vendor payment is sent in a timely manner in accordance with terms for both
Maintain strict confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information
Night / Weekend On-Call availability required to provide an immediate response to client requests
Aircraft arrival and departure support

Experience and Capabilities :

Reliable / Dependable with a high work ethic

High School diploma or equivalent

An understanding of CFR 14 parts 91 and 135 and experience in Part 135 charter a plus

Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Self-starter able to operate with minimal supervision

Accuracy and attention to detail are of utmost importance while keeping up with the many changes that occur with on-demand charter

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Have a sincere desire to assist customers and ability to deliver 1st class customer service

General knowledge of geography, aviation meteorology, customer service, and corporate aircraft types and performance a plus

Proactive and creative problem-solving ability when the situation dictates

Coachable attitude and ability to receive constructive criticism

Desire to continually improve and learn

Maintain excellent personal reputation and integrity at all times

Candidates building flight experience have the opportunity to transition to the flight line
