We are currently accepting applications for a: Payment Services Specialist II
The Payment Services Specialist II will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and management of customer delivery systems. This includes handling wires, debit card transactions, ACH (Automated Clearing House) transfers, electronic funds transfers, and other payment processes. The role ensures efficient and accurate processing of transactions, maintains system integrity, and provides exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be able to work collaboratively with other departments and maintain a positive attitude.
The qualified candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• The ability to manage tasks in a timely manner
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience in a related position
