We are currently accepting applications for a: VP, Treasury Services Operations Manager
MSB is looking for a full-time VP to oversee our Treasury Services Operations team. In this role, you will manage the daily operations of the department, supervise the Treasury Services support team, and ensure exceptional customer service. You will handle issue escalations swiftly, resolve product or service-related challenges, and continuously improve team performance and operational processes. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative environment, driving both team development and process enhancements. With strong analytical and problem-solving skills, you will focus on achieving operational excellence while prioritizing the needs of employees and customers.
The qualified candidate should possess the following qualifications:
• 10 years experience in a leadership role focused on delivering excellent customer service with a technically focused area of expertise
• Certified AAP and/or CTP preferred
• Excellent communication skills, including strong presentation skills and writing ability
• Strong time management, follow-through, and organization skills.
