Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and organized Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer support while managing various administrative tasks. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Manage incoming calls, directing them to the appropriate personnel or taking messages as needed.
- Perform clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
- Assist with office management tasks, ensuring that supplies are stocked and the front desk area is tidy.
- Provide administrative support to staff members as required, acting as a personal assistant when necessary.
- Proofread documents for accuracy and clarity before distribution.
- Support with HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, time and attendance, and so on.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and courtesy, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a HR role is preferred but not required.
- Proficient in computer applications and office software, G-suite.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective customer support.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic work environment.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
