Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that products meet established quality standards and specifications. You will perform daily activities in first article, in-process and final inspection. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the integrity of our production processes through rigorous inspections and quality audits. Responsibilities
- Conduct regular inspections of products throughout the manufacturing process to ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform quality audits to assess adherence to internal and external regulations.
- Utilize precision measuring instruments and vision inspection systems to evaluate product specifications.
- Document findings and prepare reports on inspection outcomes, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with production teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain records of quality assurance activities, including research data collection and analysis.
- Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, AS9011D, and other relevant quality management systems.
Skills
- Strong knowledge of quality control principles and practices.
- Experience with conducting quality audits and implementing QA/QC processes.
- Familiarity with vision inspection systems for product evaluation.
- Skilled in using precision measuring instruments for accurate assessments.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
