Key Responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant:
- Be a key player in event planning by providing essential administrative and organizational support.
- Coordinate schedules, vendors, and communications to ensure seamless event execution.
- Maintain and update event-related records to keep everything on track.
- Prepare and distribute meeting materials to support planning sessions and key stakeholders.
- Manage emails, phone inquiries, and other event-related correspondence with professionalism and efficiency.
- Assist with additional administrative tasks as needed to support a successful event.
Qualifications of the Administrative Assistant:
- Previous experience in administrative support or event coordination is a plus!
