Key Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:
- Manage the CEO’s fast-paced and ever-evolving calendar, expertly coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and special events.
- Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison, facilitating clear, timely communication between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders.
- Draft, edit, and polish high-level correspondence, reports, and presentations that reflect the CEO’s voice and priorities.
- Support board engagement by coordinating meetings, preparing materials, and maintaining accurate records.
- Lead key projects and strategic initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with the organization’s mission and goals.

Qualifications of the Executive Assistant to the CEO:
