- Craft simple motions, such as Motions to Compel, Motions to Dismiss, and Motions for Special Process Server.
- Handle every detail, from drafting deposition notices to arranging court reporters and managing expert rider documentation.
- File critical documents seamlessly in both federal and state courts.
- Prepare complaints with precision, including attaching affidavits, securing signatures, and notarizing documents.
- Ensure flawless service of process for all complaints.
