What are the responsibilities and job description for the Finance Associate position at Mack Molding?
Mack is a leading contract manufacturer, including full assembly of medical and other devices, with core competencies in injection molding, sheet metal fabrication and metals machining. We are seeking a Finance Associate to join our Finance team. Responsibilities include: reviewing and entering expense reports and freight invoices in XA, entering and preparing invoices, assisting with check reconciliations, maintaining files, reviewing and releasing pricing holds, creating credit memos, and supporting Accounts Receivables. The position will assist in obtaining customer financial statements and supporting other areas of the Finance team. Requirements include an Associates degree in Accounting, plus 3 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination. Strong computer skills, problem solving and analytical skills are required.
