AmLaw 175 General Liability / Professional Liability Litigation Associate (Philadelphia, Hybrid/Fully Remote Potential)
MacKay & Agents is seeking a General Liability Litigation and/or Professional Liability Litigation Associate to join an AmLaw 175 firm in Philadelphia. This position offers a hybrid schedule (2 days in-office) with significant flexibility, including the potential for fully remote work.
Key Qualifications:
3 years of experience in:
- General liability and professional liability matters
- Taking and defending depositions
- Drafting and arguing dispositive motions
- Preparing for arbitrations, mediations, and trials
- Additional experience with insurance coverage litigation is a plus
Position Details:
- Job Type: Full-time
- Salary Range: $90,000 - $150,000 depending on experience
