Mackenzie Stuart are working in partnership with a leading Dietary Supplement Contract Manufacturer within the health & wellness space, based in Utah, US. They are a top nutraceutical company, expanding rapidly and are therefore seeking a motivated Sales Director to join their team in Utah, US.
Responsibilities :
- Expand the company's market presence by establishing new account relationships, managing key clients, ensuring customer loyalty, and consistently achieving or surpassing sales targets.
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and their decision-making processes.
- Provide insights to the marketing and senior management teams to enhance the value proposition for key clients.
- Finalize agreements with customers through trademark contracts and annual agreements.
- Identify customer segments, unmet needs, and emerging market trends, collaborating with the marketing team to seize these opportunities.
- Maintain an up-to-date knowledge base of competitors, market dynamics, and consumer behaviour.
- Design and execute customized marketing and promotional strategies for accounts within the approved budget.
- Forge and maintain strong partnerships with the Marketing, Supply Chain, and Operations teams to ensure supply meets client demand.
- Achieve forecast accuracy by delivering high-quality products in the correct quantities, on time, and at agreed prices.
