Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a leading distributor in the fuels and lubricants sector, seeking a Sales Manager for their growing business in Oklahoma. You will be part of a dynamic team responsible for establishing new business and expanding market presence. We are looking for someone with a strong background in sales, particularly in Commercial or Industrial Lubricants, and a proven track record of customer acquisition and account management.
Responsibilities:
- Identify partnership opportunities and maintain existing business while growing accounts.
- Lead a team of approximately 10 sales reps and hunt new business with them
- Develop new relationships to help expand the company, aiming to achieve significant revenue targets.
- Manage all sales-related processes, including customer acquisition and on-site presentations.
- Conduct customer visits and provide on-site consultations.
- Analyze the market to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to evaluate activities and share feedback on customer experiences.
- Participate in trade fairs and events to enhance company visibility.
Qualifications:
- 5 years of experience in lubricant sales, ideally in field sales within the commerial or industrial sectors.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a self-motivated and independent working style.
- Knowledge of the market and ability to conduct competitive analysis.
