Position Title: Sales Manager – Ready Mix Concrete & Aggregates

Reports To: General Manager
Job Overview:
Drive the sales and marketing initiatives for the ready-mix concrete and aggregates sector, ensuring growth and profitability.
Core Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to boost market share while adhering to corporate standards.
- Lead and mentor the sales team; perform regular performance assessments and set developmental objectives.
- Assess market trends and competitor activities to enhance account performance consistently.
- Identify avenues for customer base expansion and create actionable strategic plans.
- Deliver engaging presentations to effectively showcase products and services.
- Travel to strengthen customer relationships and support sales operations.
- Produce monthly sales forecasts and work closely with operations to align sales and production efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 5-7 years of experience in ready-mix and/or aggregate sales.
- 3-5 years of experience in a managerial role focused on developing and leading sales teams.
- Strong organizational, mathematical, mechanical, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience CRM systems.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Motivated self-starter with a high degree of confidence and energy.
