Mackenzie Stuart are currently partnered with a leading Personal Care Contract Manufacturer seeking a Senior Sales Director.
The Senior Director of Sales will spearhead the sales strategy to drive growth, establish strategic partnerships, and enhance customer satisfaction within the personal care contract manufacturing industry. This executive will lead the sales department, cultivate a high-performance culture, and identify new business opportunities to reinforce the company’s reputation as a top-tier partner for personal care brands.
Responsibilities for this role include (but are not limited to):
- Develop, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with corporate objectives and market trends.
- Set sales goals, define performance metrics, and manage forecasting to ensure revenue targets are met.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies to drive decision-making.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with key accounts while staying ahead of shifts in customer demands within the personal care sector.
- Establish an effective sales pipeline management system, ensuring consistent progress and engagement throughout the sales cycle.
- Partner with product development, operations, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment and meet client expectations.
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, revenue projections, and performance reports to the executive team.
To be considered for the role, the following education, experience and qualifications are required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10 years sales experience and 5 years in a leadership role within the personal care contract manufacturing sector (or similar industry)
- Proven success in meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Exceptional leadership and team-building capabilities with a talent for motivating and inspiring a diverse sales team.
