">- Program and set up CNC machines to meet production requirements
- Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues
- Analyze data to optimize machine performance and improve overall efficiency
- Train and mentor junior technicians in CNC programming and setup procedures
Requirements
">- Minimum 10 years of experience in CNC manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of Shop Skills and shop environment
- Experience working with NX/Unigraphics programming
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
