Our client is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Team Leader to join their Stormwater division. As the Team Leader, you will oversee and manage a team of civil engineers focused on stormwater management projects. You will play a crucial role in the planning, designing, and implementing stormwater infrastructure, ensuring compliance with regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Texas Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- Certified Floodplain Manager (CFM).
- Proficiency in engineering software and tools like AutoCAD, Civil 3D, Open Roads, Stormwater Modeling, and GIS software.
- Proven experience in stormwater management and related infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical knowledge of stormwater design principles and best practices.
- Solid understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and permitting processes.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven ability to win and complete work as a project manager.
- Municipal stormwater experience in Texas.
- Familiarity with TxDOT drainage is a plus.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
