Senior Estimator

Duties : In this role, you will be responsible for the direction and preparation of lump sum, unit rate and cost-plus industrial construction cost estimates ranging from simple cost analysis to definitive estimates in support of proposals, project controls, prime contractor and subcontractor submittals and project change orders.

Complex estimating principles and practices including conceptual estimating (track new developments inside and outside the firm).
Cost engineering.
Mathematical skills.

Analytical skills.
Interpret and understand specifications and contracts.
Software Skills : Ranging from Microsoft Office Suite to PMIS Procore to Estimating Timberline or similar
Preferred Database Experience, one of the following :

Preferred Estimating Experience in Facility Electrical Service discipline plus any of the following :
