Job Summary
The Marketing Communications Specialist will analyze marketing and promotional needs, designing and implementing strategies that align with organizational objectives.
Job Duties
Develop compelling written, visual, and multimedia content for marketing campaigns, newsletters, press releases, and promotional materials.
Create and manage content for websites, blogs, and social media platforms to ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of campaign objectives.
Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Analyze and report on social media performance, adjusting strategies as needed
Review and edit messages to ensure that they are clear, thorough, on-brand and seek to preserve the company's image
Suggest ways of tailoring messages and delivery channels based on the targeted audience
Collect data on the performance of specific communications or campaigns
Complete all necessary documents fully and accurately
Adhere to 5S standards (e.g., maintain cleanliness of work area, etc.)
Follow all Safety, Environmental and Quality policies and procedures
Perform other duties as assigned
Experience and Education
Work under direct supervision.
Handle basic issues and refer complex problems to higher-level staff.
Possess a foundational to intermediate understanding of the subject matter.
Typically require a bachelor's degree and 0 to 2 years of experience
