You oversee salaried supervisors, hourly team leads, and team members in the delivery our maintenance services. Utilizing our Best Systems, you interact with customer contacts involved in maintenance and production daily, ensuring all tasks and activities are accomplished safely with the highest level of quality. Proficient with CMMS. Experience with financial input and cost management. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite software or similar. Demonstrated leader in safety metrics and team involvement in safety processes. What education and experience are needed for success? Minimum 5 years supervisory experience with proven leadership skills. Strong background in facility maintenance, metal fabrication and welding, painting, and floor repair, preventative and predictive maintenance, process equipment maintenance and repair.
