Job Description:
As a Licensed Insurance Producer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients while helping them identify their insurance needs. You will market, sell, and service a variety of insurance products, including auto, home, life, and commercial insurance. This is a client-facing role that requires excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and a deep knowledge of insurance products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and qualify new business leads through networking, referrals, and cold calling.
- Meet with potential clients to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
- Educate clients on available insurance products, policies, and coverage options.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing ongoing support and excellent customer service.
- Process policy renewals, endorsements, and changes in a timely manner.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, policies, and regulations.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the agency.
Qualifications:
- Valid state insurance producer license (Property & Casualty, and Life) OR willingness to obtain a license. We are happy to sponsor licensing for motivated applicants.
- Experience in sales or a related field (preferred, but not required).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Self-motivated with a drive for success.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
