Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Pest Control Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in pest control. This role involves conducting thorough interior and exterior inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations. This person will develop and implement treatment plans. The Pest Control Technician will work closely with customers to provide exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service.
- Safely apply pesticides according to company standards, label instructions, and applicable laws and regulations.
- Document services performed according to company standards and applicable laws and regulations.
- Operate company vehicles and equipment according to company policy, maintaining proper condition.
- Drive company vehicle to customer locations.
- Build and maintain relationships with teammates and customers.
- Document all service activities accurately in the company’s reporting system.
Qualifications
- Must have and maintain a Valid Driver's License.
- Will need to pass Background, Motor Vehicle Report, and Drug Screen.
- Ability to work in extreme temperatures, tight spaces, and elevated heights.
- Ability to work with stinging and/or biting insects.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Previous professional experience in pest control.
- Be able to lift equipment backpack, up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to successfully complete the state pesticide applicator licensing process.
- Ability to handle, mix, and spray pesticides.

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
