Program Manager A&D
This position will provide day to day leadership and focus on the execution of GaN-SiC semiconductor component projects for Aerospace and Defense markets. The program manager will oversee schedule development, program execution, cost tracking and containment, technical and schedule performance.

Program Manager A&D
This position will provide day to day leadership and focus on the execution of GaN-SiC semiconductor component projects for Aerospace and Defense markets. The program manager will oversee schedule development, program execution, cost tracking and containment, technical and schedule performance.
Job Requirements:
- Work with the cross-functional teams to define project requirements and create an executable plan to release new products to production
- Monitor progress for all active projects to assure the product line is on track toward KPI goals
- Identify issues that are impacting team performance and take decisive actions to mitigate them through escalation, re-prioritization, technical solutions or other actions
- Assess risk, identify risk items, prepare risk mitigation to minimize impacts to product line performance
- Be able to communicate clearly (verbal and written) across the MACOM organization as well as to customers.
- Understand AS9100 Aerospace and Defense requirements.
- Coordinate material procurement in alignment with program requirements.
- Assess staffing requirements for programs
- Collaborate across functional areas, executive management, purchasing, contracts, operations, quality, security, human resources, logistics to develop and deliver products.
- Bachelor’s degree in an engineering or technical field and 5 years’ experience in program or project leadership positions.
- Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project
- Agile development system for product development
- SAP
- Communication skill written and verbal
- Aerospace and defense industry experience
