Job Summary:
- As a member of the Digital Team for the US and Canada markets, the Digital Marketing Technology Manager has experience working on enterprise websites, email development, and is comfortable managing event and ecommerce tags with a solid understanding of web analytics.
- You will report to the Head of Digital for the US and Canada as well as work alongside to support various brand efforts from time to time. This is a contract-to-hire, onsite role.
- The candidate will work on a hybrid schedule (3 days per week at the office).
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in website management or equivalent.
- 3 years of email development experience to support day-to-day marketing, communication, and triggered real-time communication, partnering with IT and other systems.
- Hands-on experience with web technologies, including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Comfortable with Tag Management tools such as Tealium or Google Tag Management.
- Experience with debugging and testing tools like Tag Assistant, Debugger, or browser console.
- A solid understanding of enterprise ESPs configurations and data components of automations.
- Has a passion for driving reliable data insights through validation and collaboration with IT, BI, and Analytics.
- Able to demonstrate innovation, successfully tackling challenges in new and creative ways in often-stressful, deadline-intensive environments.
- Experience with web accessibility, compliance, and upcoming regulations.
- Ability to understand and develop solution strategies and communicate recommendations to executive leadership.
Responsibilities
- Managing a team of Email and Marketing Automation team members.
- Act as the liaison between business stakeholders and engineer configurations to manage the API calls, ETL's to ensure a clean data flow between multiple ecommerce platforms, CRM, and ESP systems.
- Manage the architecture of marketing data to support marketing initiatives, tracking, and dynamic content for email marketing.
- Establish and own processes on website tagging, tracking, and analytics, leveraging tools like Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues in tracking implementations, ensuring data accuracy across platforms.
- Design and manage event tracking, e-commerce tracking, and consent management setups.
- Create reports and dashboards in Looker Studio to represent visualization for cross-functional departments, specifically for the digital marketing and merchandising team to analyze their efforts.
- Develop and maintain web SOPs and training documentation.
- Translate complex business strategies within e-Commerce and direct selling business to assist with automation, personalization, and segmentation.
