Job Summary : Director of Healthcare Facilities Management is responsible for the operation, maintenance, renovation and code compliance of all facilities and provides guidance and supervision of the Maintenance, Construction, Biomedical Service, and Contract Management departments.

- Population Specific Requirements : Demonstrates knowledge and skill necessary to provide service based on the physical, psychosocial, educational, and safety criteria for adults, pediatrics, adolescent, geriatric, age groups in his or her area of service.
- Exposure Control Classification : Occupational exposure to blood borne pathogens is not reasonably anticipated. Normal work routine does not involve exposure to blood, body fluids or tissues.
- Supervises : Biomed Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager, Carpenter, Lead Carpenter, Lead Mech Electrician, Lead Mechanic, Mech II Groundskeeper, Mechanic II, Painter.
