Job Summary : We're looking for an Account Manager who's great at building relationships and loves helping businesses grow. If you have experience working with law firms (especially Personal Injury) , we'd love to meet you!

What You'll Do :

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with law firms.
  • Help law firms grow by identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Ensure our Virtual Assistants are delivering great results for clients.
  • Keep clients happy by providing top-notch service and support.

What We're Looking For :

  • Experience in a legal role like Case Manager, Paralegal, or firm operations is a big plus.
