- Must have 5 years of experience in recruiting.
- Must have recruited in high volume, manufacturing environment before.
- Must have you worked with SAP Success Factors Recruiting / Onboarding Program.
- Should be proficient in reporting KPI's and metrics for Talent Acquisition.
