Responsibilities
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
- Source candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process, process, providing timely communication and updates.

- Conduct reference checks and background screenings as needed.
- Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment with selected candidates.

- Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and hiring.
- SAP Business processing system experience (preferred)
