The Corporate Strategy and Solutions team partners with senior stakeholders across Macquarie businesses to pursue commercial opportunities, navigate complex business issues, and help facilitate change. We are a driven, collaborative and diverse team of 15 consultants globally that work across areas of strategy and business development, mergers and acquisitions, operational improvement, data & digital and climate related work.

What role will you play?

As a Consultant or Manager working within our Corporate Strategy and Solutions division, you will demonstrate your knowledge of consulting principles and the delivery of practical outcomes across prior engagements and industries, with experience in financial services, data and/or digital, and climate/sustainability a plus. You will work directly with Director and Managing Director-level supervisors and clients, and as such, your ability to build and nurture meaningful relationships will be paramount to success. Your structured approach to problem solving will include quantitative analysis, financial modelling, hypothesis-based issue analysis and the use of strategic frameworks, and you find excitement with change, enjoy keeping up with cutting edge market and technology developments, and have an entrepreneurial drive to identify and realize opportunities.
Salary range for this position: $150,000 - $231,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. What you offer

- 3 years (Consultant) or 5 years (Manager) of professional experience with at least 2 years in a top-tier strategy consulting role or similar
- Demonstrable problem-solving, written and verbal communication, and critical / strategic thinking skills with a growth mindset
- Track record of facilitating and delivering strategic projects and / or complex transactions that produce commercially sound and practical results
- Strong team player and collaborator who is comfortable interacting with senior stakeholders and building relationships across all levels.
