This role will help development teams, manage multiple business relationships, and help lead a growing global technology team from London. The leader will closely partner with the Global Credit Management, Investment and Fund Management Teams to drive positive business outcomes.

- Have significantly demonstrated hands-on experience of managing and developing technology solutions to multiple internal clients.
- Have a strong track record on driving digitalization, automation, and data adoption with business partners and experience in program and delivery management, including budgets and forecasts
- Prior front to back global credit markets asset management experiences around fixed income, private credit, leveraged credit will be extremely beneficial.
- Prior implementation experiences with Sentry and Aladdin platforms are highly desired.
- Passionate about building and leading, high-performing global delivery teams and proposing and achieving successful outcomes for a significant asset management business, and adept at engaging, collaborating, and influencing people at all levels and areas of financial services organizations.
- Excellent in collaborating across global teams, navigating time zones effectively and have flexibility to prioritize your time and travel.
