- Strong relationships in business development and origination efforts with a strategic client base across private equity firms, debt advisory firms, and other financial sponsors
- Solid credit and debt background, preferably gained at a top tier investment bank, debt advisory firm, or independent lease/finance company
- Understanding of the broader market, a strategic and collaborative approach to work, and strong interpersonal skills that will help you thrive in this relationships-focused role
- Possess sound commercial judgement and strong presentation skills
- Experience in leading and supervising complex transactions and initiatives.
