What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Vice President | Origination and Structured Finance position at Macquarie?
As a Senior Vice President in Origination within the Specialized and Asset Finance team, you will be instrumental in the origination and execution of leasing and debt transactions across the United States. You will work with the Regional Business Head, members of the business development and execution teams on such origination efforts by leveraging your strong relationships with strategic clients, private equity firms, debt advisory firms, and other financial sponsors.

In this role, you will demonstrate success in origination, structuring, business development and strategic partnerships, as well as a natural ability to rapidly network within a global group (such as Macquarie), and identify the appropriate resources needed to fulfill a specific opportunity. You will have experience executing transactions along with origination assessment of business fundamentals, including existing asset base, business liquidity, capital structure, debt maturity profiles, innovating solutions based on the client's requirements and sensitivities as well as preparation of business plans and initiatives while developing and re-designing strategy to drive business development longer term.
Salary range for this position : $225,000 - $230,000 Yr. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. The successful candidate may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award. - Strong relationships in business development and origination efforts with a strategic client base across private equity firms, debt advisory firms, and other financial sponsors
- Solid credit and debt background, preferably gained at a top tier investment bank, debt advisory firm, or independent lease / finance company

- Possess sound commercial judgement and strong presentation skills
- Experience in leading and supervising complex transactions and initiatives.
